Today in the morning mom said she could not stand being by herself looking after two kids. Then I talked back to her because I do not really like what she said. Mom got mad when I talked back to her.
Did you feel upset because you felt your mom didn't like to take care of you and Henry? I know your mom loves you two with all her heart and would do anything in the world for the both of you, but sometimes she's very tired. She misses your dad and wishes he can be home soon. I'm sure you do too. Your mom has to wake up early in the morning for work everyday and comes home late. She told me even though she works all day and feels tired at work, once she gets home, she is so happy and alive again when she see's you and Henry. Maybe instead of talking back to your mom, you can ask her gently why she said that. I think she would explain carefully to you. This way you will not have a misunderstanding.
